Cardiff is the capital and gateway to the ancient and breathtaking country of Wales. It is also Europe's youngest and fastest growing capital.
A vibrant compact city with a large student and multicultural population it has something for everyone; lively nightlife, choice of pubs and bars, great shopping, and a wide variety of cultural activities from history and heritage to contemporary arts and architecture.
It is also home to the Millennium Stadium which dominates the city centre like a giant spacecraft. The Stadium hosts major sporting events throughout the year from International Rugby to FA Cup Finals as well as huge rock concerts.
